Talent Base is born
Talent Base is founded by Tomi Bergman, Mikko Meriluoto and Mikko Mustakallio. They already have their first major global customer.
2008: The first employee begins work
In May, three is no longer enough, so the company sees its first hired employee.
2009: The one million mark is reached
Net sales hit the one-million-euro milestone, and the team keeps growing. In recruitment, the company relies on the power of social media. The first employee found through social media begins work.
2010: An even te
Talent Base hits the milestone of 10 consults. In recruitment, the emphasis is on experience, holistic thinking and motivation to develop Talent Base.
New international customers
The word has spread. Talent Base lands two major international customers, allowing its consultants to tackle new interesting projects.
2014: Investments in sales and marketing
Talent Base reinvents itself. Strategic work is brought to a new level, and sales and marketing are boosted by hiring the first marketing manager.
2015: Expansion to Sweden
After several years of project export, our operations officially expand to Sweden. Subsidiary Talent Base AB is founded, and the first local top experts are hired.
Full steam ahead
The company’s growth remains strong. Both in Finland and in Sweden, the company moves to new premises. During the year, we take a look back, celebrate our anniversary and make plans for the future. Development is happening in the strategy, service offering and organisation alike. Headcount is approaching 60, and the customer satisfaction survey shows magnificent results (eNPS 74).
