I am an experienced project and program manager who has wide experience from media sector as well as various industries. I have experience from developing services and products both to consumers and B2B customers. I combine my technical background to leadership of people in order to achieve my goals. I analyse the value chain and lead my team towards goals. I innovate new solution models and sell the ideas to business owners and customers.
My methods are supporting teams motivation and development practices. I have ability to work under pressure and get results in fast pace. My role is to work as interpreter between business and technology, and I speak fluently with both parties. I want to understand requirements, describe them in technical details and create new business opportunities from technical perspective. I have combined technology with user experience, taking business requirements into consideration.

I have helped my customers in areas of online services technologies, content and advertising management solutions, and in phases of design, development and deployment.
